Portal Guide

Use your agency invitation to review your profile, respond to requests, submit new work, and check your Calendar and approved Portfolios.

Your agency invites you to its Talent Portal. You can view your approved information and submit proposed updates for agency review. Guardians use their own invited login for linked Talents.

  1. Open your agency's invitation email.
  2. Sign in with the invited email, or create a password when prompted.
  3. Review the Terms and Privacy Policy and accept the invitation.

Use the latest invitation. If it has expired or been cancelled, contact your agency for another link. Use password recovery on the sign-in page if you cannot remember your password.

If you have access to more than one agency or Talent, use the available switchers and check the selected identity before making changes. A Guardian invitation does not give access to the agency's staff workspace.

Complete your profile

When your agency starts onboarding, follow Continue Onboarding from Overview or Activities. Next saves your section draft, Back preserves edits, and Save & Exit lets you resume later. Review the final summary and choose Submit Profile for Review.

Drafts stay private until submitted. Submitted sections are read-only while your agency reviews them. Required profile-section approvals complete onboarding; new media is reviewed separately.

For later updates, open Profile, edit an available section, and choose Save Draft or Submit for Review. Submission includes your current edits. If a field is wrong but agency-controlled, use its correction request or Contact Agency. Birth date, legal identity, and Guardian details cannot be changed through ordinary profile approval.

An approved contact email does not change your sign-in email. Unknown or Prefer not to provide preserves existing agency information; clearing a value explicitly asks the agency to remove it.

Respond to requests

Activities shows onboarding and agency requests. Needs Attention means you can respond; In Review means your response awaits a decision. Open the activity to reach the relevant profile section or new-work form.

Read your agency's feedback before resubmitting. A rejection closes the submission; it does not automatically ask you to replace it. Later updates do not restart onboarding unless your agency explicitly reopens it.

Email alerts cover actionable agency requests and visible Booking cancellations. Check Activities and submission history for routine decisions.

Send new work

  1. Open New Work from the Portfolio workspace or the relevant activity.
  2. Enter an optional set name and choose Create set.
  3. Drop or browse for photos and videos.
  4. Wait for processing and check each preview or error.
  5. Choose Submit for Review when the set is ready.
LimitAccepted uploads
ImagesJPEG, PNG, or WebP, up to 20 MiB each.
VideosMP4, MOV, or WebM, up to 50 MiB each and five minutes long.
Upload setUp to 100 items and 500 MiB, subject to your agency's available storage.

Processing checks file content and creates a normalized preview. A file can fail even when its extension is accepted. Your new work stays separate from approved Portfolios until your agency decides where accepted items belong.

Submitted files cannot be replaced in place. Create a new set for replacement work. If a draft contains expired files, use Start a New Set and re-upload the files you still want reviewed.

Unsubmitted uploads expire after seven days, rejected items after 30 days, and unreviewed submissions after 90 days. File cleanup can finish later; the decision history remains. Removing an item may not release storage immediately.

View your work and Calendar

Portfolios shows approved content your agency makes available. You cannot edit, reorder, delete, or publish these Portfolios. An approved submission placed in an Internal Portfolio may not appear here.

Calendar shows your associated Bookings in the statuses chosen by your agency and your Tracking Events. It is read-only. Previously visible cancelled events show Cancelled. Contact your agency about missing or incorrect events.

The Calendar uses your agency's timezone. Open an Event to see its saved timezone and full schedule. A continuous Event keeps its original start and end dates, including when you open it from another day.

Changing the agency timezone does not change existing Event schedules. Time to be confirmed means the clock is unknown; it does not mean midnight or All Day.

If your agency enables Booking Rate, it shows the commercial assignment rate, currency, and basis. It is not a calculation of your take-home pay. The Portal does not show invoice or payment history.

Download your work

Open a Portfolio and choose Download Portfolio to prepare a ZIP of its visible media. Select individual items to prepare a smaller ZIP, or use an item's download button to save its original file. The download action is also available in the full-screen viewer.

The shared download dialog checks the selection before you confirm. Selected ZIPs support up to 100 items; a whole Portfolio can contain up to 2,000 items and 2 GB. Agency-wide processing and temporary storage limits may require you to wait or choose a smaller selection. Embedded media without stored originals is reported as omitted rather than included as a downloaded video.

Check Downloads in the Portfolio for progress and the completed ZIP. You can cancel a pending export or retry an eligible failed export. Completed archives remain available for 24 hours while your access and the source files remain valid. An incomplete archive reports omitted files so you can see what was included.

You can download visible Portfolios during the read-only grace period. Download them before the access deadline; expired or revoked access prevents new download links, including links to previously prepared ZIPs.

Request a Booking response

Open a Booking from Overview, Calendar, or Upcoming Work. Before confirmation, choose Request to Decline; for a confirmed Booking, choose Request Cancellation. Review the full schedule and timezone, then give your agency a reason of up to 2,000 characters.

Your request covers your whole assignment, including all scheduled days. The Booking stays unchanged until your agency approves. You can withdraw your pending request while your access remains current. A request cannot cancel the whole Event or change another Talent's assignment.

Check Activities and Booking request history for approval, rejection feedback or withdrawal. History remains available when an outcome removes the Booking from Calendar. Routine decisions do not send email; a visible Calendar cancellation can still send the existing alert.

If work has started, your access is read-only, the Booking changes, or financial work requires agency action, contact your agency. You cannot reopen an assignment through the Portal. Approval does not determine cancellation fees or change invoices.

Access and support

A read-only banner shows when access will end after archive or representation end. During the window, you can view and download permitted approved information but cannot edit or submit. Cleanup execution or earlier revocation can end access sooner.

Guardian data entry requires your agency's separate consent review. Contact the agency if this review is outstanding. A change of Guardian requires a new agency-authorized invitation.

Use Contact Agency for profile, consent, Booking, or access questions. For stale-form or session-expiry messages, sign in again and reload before retrying. Check the saved draft or history after an uncertain submission before sending it again.

Account Settings includes your personal Appearance preference: System, Light, or Dark.
