Package Delivery
Publish packages, send package email, resend client links, and understand how Booking Board package delivery works.
Package delivery turns a prepared package into a client-facing presentation. Delivery is split into publishing and email sending so your team can create a shareable link before deciding when to contact the client.
Publish
Publishing creates the client-facing package link. A draft package can be published from the Packages module or from the linked package action menu on the Booking Board.
Publishing does not send email. Use it when you want to review or prepare the public link before sending it to the client.
Send
Sending opens the package email composer. The composer uses the package contact email when one is available, then lets you confirm the recipient, subject, message, and feedback setting before sending.
You can send:
- A draft package
- A published package
When sending succeeds, the package moves to Sent and the package activity records the delivery.
Resend
After a package has been sent or returned, the package action menu changes to Resend Package. Resend uses the same composer, preserving the prior recipient when available, so you can send the package again without rebuilding the email.
Booking Board Delivery
When a package is linked to a booking event, you can publish, send, or resend it from the Booking Board sidebar. This keeps the booking workflow moving without requiring a detour to the Packages module.
The Booking Board uses the same server-side package actions as the Packages module. That means package permissions, archived-package protections, package status changes, and activity logging stay consistent no matter where the action starts.
