Branding

Configure your portfolio site's visual identity — logo, colors, fonts, contact info, social links, and SEO defaults.

The Branding section lets you configure your agency's visual identity for the external portfolio website. Everything from your logo and color palette to contact details and SEO defaults is managed here.

A sticky Save button at the top of the page makes it easy to save changes as you work through the sections.

Logo & Favicon

Logo Display Mode

Choose how your agency logo appears on the portfolio site:

  • Text Logo — Your agency name rendered as styled text using the configured font. Clean and always sharp at any size.
  • Image Logo — Your team logo image from Settings > General. Recommended formats: PNG or SVG with transparent background.

A visual preview shows how the logo will appear on the site (always displayed on a white background for clarity).

Tip: To change the logo image itself, go to Settings > General and update your team logo. The Branding page pulls from that setting.

Favicon

Upload a small icon displayed in the browser tab when visitors are on your site. Supported formats: .ico, .png, .svg, and .webp.

Once uploaded, a preview appears with an option to remove it.

Agency Info

  • Agency Description — A text description of your agency. This may be used on the site's about section or in metadata, depending on your portfolio site template.

Colors & Typography

Colors

  • Primary Color — The main brand color used for headings, buttons, and accents
  • Accent Color — A secondary color for highlights and interactive elements

Each color has a color picker and a hex input field (e.g., #3B82F6) for precise control.

Fonts

  • Font Family — Select a font for your portfolio site. Fonts are loaded dynamically via Google Fonts on the portfolio site, so any Google Font is available.

Contact Information

Structured contact details displayed on your portfolio site (typically in the footer or contact page):

  • Email — Agency email address
  • Phone — Agency phone number
  • Address — Physical address

Social Links

URLs for your agency's social media profiles, displayed in the portfolio site footer with platform-specific icons:

  • Instagram
  • Twitter / X
  • LinkedIn
  • TikTok
  • Website — Any additional URL (e.g., a parent company site)

Leave any field blank to hide that social link on the site.

SEO Defaults

Default search engine optimization settings applied across your portfolio site:

  • Title Template — A pattern for browser tab titles. Use %s as a placeholder for the page name (e.g., %s | Agency Name produces "About | Agency Name")
  • Default Description — Meta description applied to pages that don't have their own. This is what search engines show in results.

Tip: Individual pages and posts can override these defaults with their own SEO settings. These defaults serve as a fallback.

Viewer Access

Users with the Viewer role can see all branding settings but cannot make changes — all inputs are displayed in a read-only state.
