Account Setup

Configure your NowRep account, invite team members, and customize settings for your agency.

Inviting Team Members

Owners and Admins can invite team members from the Members settings page. Each member receives an email invitation and is assigned a role that controls their permissions. NowRep offers five system roles — Owner, Admin, Member, Viewer, and Talent — plus the ability to create custom roles.

For the full guide on inviting members and seat limits, see Members & Seats. For role details and permissions, see Roles & Permissions.

Subscription & Billing

Your NowRep subscription determines how many seats, talent profiles, and other resources are available to your team. The account owner can manage the subscription from Settings > Billing.

For plan details and billing management, see Subscription & Billing.

Essential Settings

When setting up your account, configure these important settings first:

Organization Details

Go to Settings → General to configure:

  • Team Name – Your agency or organization name
  • Logo – Your agency logo (displayed in the app header)
  • Timezone – The default timezone for your organization, used for displaying event times and scheduling emails

Talent Types

Go to Settings → Talents to define the talent categories your agency represents:

  • Default types include Model, Actor, and Influencer
  • Add custom types specific to your agency (e.g., Photographer, Crew, Athlete)
  • Each type can have a custom color for visual distinction
  • Reorder types to control how they appear in dropdowns

Tip: Setting up talent types early helps keep your roster organized from the start.

Additional Settings

Other settings can be configured as needed. See Settings for complete documentation on:

  • Event Types – Photo Shoot, Casting, Runway Show, etc.
  • Job Types – Categories that appear in event details
  • Custom Attributes – Account-specific fields for talent profiles
