Account Setup
Configure your NowRep account, invite team members, and customize settings for your agency.
Account Ownership And Legal Acceptance
Most NowRep accounts are prepared with help from NowRep support before your team takes over day-to-day access. During that setup period, NowRep may temporarily own the account while migration and configuration work is completed.
When your agency's primary owner receives ownership, they may be asked to accept the current Terms of Service, Data Processing Addendum, and Privacy Policy before continuing into the account. This acceptance is tied to the primary owner and records the current document versions for your account.
If these documents are updated later and require acceptance, the primary owner will see an in-app notice with a short summary of what changed and links to the full documents.
Inviting Team Members
Owners and Admins can invite team members from the Members settings page. Each member receives an email invitation and is assigned a role that controls their permissions. NowRep offers five system roles — Owner, Admin, Member, Viewer, and Talent — plus the ability to create custom roles.
For the full guide on inviting members and seat limits, see Members & Seats. For role details and permissions, see Roles & Permissions.
Subscription & Billing
Your NowRep subscription determines how many seats, talent profiles, and other resources are available to your team. The account owner can manage the subscription from Settings > Billing.
For plan details and billing management, see Subscription & Billing.
