My Showmo
Find your generated Showmo images, videos, and saved PDFs, filter by talent, and download or delete individual files or selected groups.
Open Showmo > My Showmo to find the presentations you generated in the current agency account.
Find Your Outputs
Use the toolbar's Showmo Media and Showmo PDFs buttons to switch views. Each shows its file count. In Media, use the Image and Video buttons to narrow the results. Search by filename or use the Talent dropdown. Open the Info popover for both view totals and the Image/Video breakdown. Counts follow your search and Talent filter, independently of the selected view or media type. Clear a filter using the banner above the results. Files appear newest first by default.
Click an image or video to open the lightbox. Click a PDF to preview it. Where available, use the star to favorite or unfavorite Media, including while the lightbox is open.
Moving an original output to another permitted Portfolio does not remove it from My Showmo. Copies do not appear as newly generated outputs. Unsaved PDFs and separate Motion preview posters are not listed.
Download Files
Use a file's Download action for an individual download. To download a group, click Select, choose the files, and click Download in the bulk bar. Review the selection, choose a ZIP name, and click Create ZIP File.
You receive feedback when the export starts and a personal notification when it is ready. The download remains available for 24 hours. Preparing another ZIP uses the saved files; it does not generate new Showmos.
Selections belong to the current view and clear when you change views or filters. You can select up to 100 files at a time. Any unavailable files are identified in the result.
Delete Files
Use Delete for one file, or select several files and use the bulk bar. Review the confirmation before continuing.
Deleting Media removes the original from its Portfolio and the Media Library. Deleting a PDF removes the saved file from Documents. This does not simply hide the file from My Showmo.
Your normal account permissions still apply. Creating a file does not automatically give you permission to delete it.
Browse The Agency Libraries
Media Library opens the agency's Showmo Media view. PDF Library opens its saved Showmo PDFs. Those views can include files generated by other team members. Links appear only when you have access.
