Subscription & Billing

View your subscription plan, manage billing details, and understand NowRep's pricing tiers.

The Billing page shows your current subscription plan, seat usage, and gives you access to the Billing Portal where you can update payment methods, change plans, and download invoices.

Accessing Billing

  1. Go to Settings > Billing

Note: Only the account owner can manage billing. Other team members see a message explaining they need to contact the owner.

Your Current Plan

When you have an active subscription, the Billing page displays:

  • Plan name — Your current tier (Starter, Pro, or Enterprise) with an active status badge
  • Plan details — Pricing, billing interval (monthly or yearly), and the number of seats included
  • Status badge — Shows whether your subscription is Active, on Trial, Past Due, Canceled, or another state

Subscription Statuses

StatusWhat it means
ActiveYour subscription is current and all features are available
TrialYou are in your trial period. A notice shows when the trial ends
Past DueA payment failed. Update your payment method in the Billing Portal to avoid interruption
CanceledYour subscription is set to end at the close of the current billing period. You retain access until then
PausedYour subscription is temporarily paused. Contact support to resume

Pending Changes

If you have scheduled a subscription change (for example, reducing seats), an informational notice appears showing what will change and when. Visit the Billing Portal to review or cancel pending changes before they take effect.

Plans & Pricing

NowRep offers three subscription tiers. Both paid tiers include the same features — they differ in resource limits and support level.

Designed for individual managers and growing rosters.

How Limits Scale

All resource limits scale with the number of seats on your plan. Each additional seat multiplies your limits:

For example, a Starter plan with 3 seats includes 300 active talent profiles, 750 portfolios, 30 boards, and 30 GB of storage.

Billing Portal

The Billing Portal is a secure page hosted by Stripe (our payment processor) where you can:

  • Update your credit card or payment method
  • Change your subscription plan (upgrade or downgrade)
  • Add or remove seats
  • View and download past invoices
  • Cancel your subscription

To access the Billing Portal:

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Click Visit Billing Portal

You will be redirected to a secure Stripe page. Changes made there are reflected in NowRep automatically.

Seat Usage

If your plan includes a seat limit, the Billing page shows a Seat Usage card displaying how many of your available seats are in use.

  • The progress bar fills as seats are occupied
  • Click Manage Members to go to the Team Members page where you can invite or manage members

To add more seats, click Visit Billing Portal and adjust the seat quantity on your subscription.

Tip: Seat usage includes both active team members and pending invitations that have not yet been accepted.

Annual Billing

Annual plans give you one month free (pay for 11 months, get 12). You can switch between monthly and annual billing in the Billing Portal at any time.

Trials

New accounts receive a 7-day trial with full access to their selected plan. During the trial:

  • A Trial badge appears on the Billing page with the trial end date
  • All features of the plan are available
  • A credit card is required to start the trial and will be charged automatically when the trial ends

No Subscription State

If your account does not have an active subscription, the Billing page shows a plan selection screen where the account owner can choose a plan and start a subscription through Stripe Checkout.
