Showpacks

Showpacks turn your agency's finished Showmo outputs into a public presentation. Include up to 100 Talents, your branding, optional opening and closing pages, and a downloadable PDF.

Create a Showpack

1. Open Showmo > Showpacks and select New Showpack.
2. Edit the title and choose a presentation template.
3. Select Manage Showmo to choose Talents and their outputs.
4. Use Review to reorder Talents, replace outputs, and add links.
5. Choose your Team Logo or Team Name, accent color, and optional Intro and Outro.
6. Open Preview to check the presentation, then select Publish.

Changes save automatically. Wait for Saved before leaving the editor. If another staff member changes the same draft, reload the current version before continuing.

Choose a Template

The template's information button lists compatible Showmo layouts. Choose each Fold card's Front or Back role explicitly; they can come from different generations for the same Talent.

Manage Showmo refreshes available outputs every time it opens. Choose a Talent on the left, then select their outputs on the right. Selections stay in place while switching Talents. Cancel discards changes made within the dialog.

Branding and Links

Use your Team Logo or Team Name from Team Settings. An accent color controls the template's highlighted areas. Intro and Outro can use images or videos from the Media Library, with a selected poster for videos. You can also add titles, contact information, and links.

External links open from the presentation's discreet Info panel. Platform portfolio destinations appear unavailable until their public pages are supported. The published theme and branding stay unchanged until you republish.

Publish and Share

Publication prepares the presentation and PDF together. You can leave the editor while it finishes. Images are optimized for desktop and mobile viewing while the PDF keeps its original-quality inputs. Republish an older Showpack to apply image optimization. Its public link and access settings stay the same. When ready, select Copy Public Link or Open Public Showpack in the editor or library action menu. Viewers do not need a NowRep account, and Showpacks do not require a published Site.

Choose a Public URL

In Publish, you can choose a readable address such as /your-agency/showpack/women-spring-2027. Use Use Title for a suggestion, or enter your own address. Save the address separately from your draft changes. Leaving it empty keeps the automatically generated link.

Use 3–80 lowercase letters or numbers, separated by single hyphens. Addresses must be available within your team. You can change or remove a saved address until the first successful publication. After publication, the address is locked, including after unpublishing. Adding an address to an already-published Showpack takes effect immediately and locks it at once.

Renaming the Showpack or republishing does not change its address. Existing generated links still work, while Copy Public Link uses the readable address. A published address stays reserved after deleting the Showpack and cannot be reused for a different presentation.

Require an Access Key

In Publish, choose Require Access Key and save. Copy the generated key when it appears and send it alongside the public link. It is shown only after generation; NowRep cannot display it again later. If you lose it, use Regenerate Key to create a replacement.

Visitors enter the key without creating an account. Their browser remembers access for 90 days from the latest presentation visit. Clearing cookies or using another browser may require the key again. The browser keeps a bounded set of recent Showpacks; an older one may ask again after visiting several others.

The entry screen follows your published Team Logo or Team Name choice and accent colour. An Intro image, or a video Intro's still poster, provides a softened background before access is granted. This branding and Intro teaser are public; Talent slides, the Outro, videos and PDF remain behind the key. After entering a valid key, View Showpack reveals the presentation with a short transition that respects reduced-motion preferences.

Access changes take effect when saved, without republishing. Regenerating the key asks previous visitors to enter the replacement. Choosing Anyone With the Link removes the gate after confirmation. Draft edits and republishing preserve the current key. Preview Published Version uses your staff permissions, so you can check the published presentation without entering its visitor key; Back to Editor returns to Publish.

Keys are intended for selective distribution and can be forwarded. Downloaded files cannot be recalled, and already-open file links can remain usable briefly after access changes.

The Download PDF action includes the entire published presentation. Newly published and republished Showpacks use optimized images for faster web viewing on phones and desktops. The PDF keeps the original image quality. Fold pairs share one landscape page. Screen uses landscape pages, with a still poster for Motion Cards. Rail uses one portrait page per Talent. Enabled Intro and Outro pages are included.

Update or Withdraw

Draft edits do not change what viewers see. Republish replaces the web presentation and PDF together at the same link. If preparation fails, the previous publication stays available. Correct the issue and retry.

Unpublish withdraws the public presentation while keeping the draft for later publication. An already-open page may need refreshing after republishing. Downloaded files cannot be recalled.

Deleting a source output, changing a Portfolio, or removing a Talent does not remove their published Showmo copy. To change a published roster, remove or replace that slide in the Showpack and republish. Retained Showpack files count toward your team's storage usage.

Access

Your role needs Showmo viewing permission to open the library and management permission to edit or publish. Source selection also respects your Media and Talent access. If authoring access ends, an authorized manager can still withdraw an existing publication.
