Navigation Guide
Learn how to navigate the NowRep interface, including the sidebar, toolbars, and keyboard shortcuts.
Main Navigation
The sidebar on the left provides access to all main modules:

| Users | Talents | Talent roster and profiles |
| Package | Packages | Grouped talents for jobs |
| Grid | Boards | Curated talent selections |
| Image | Media Library | All media uploaded to the system |
| Folder | Portfolios | Portfolios associated with talents or the system |
| Building | Directory | Companies and contacts |
| Settings | Settings | Account configuration |
Sidebar Controls
The sidebar can be collapsed or expanded to suit your workflow:
- Toggle button – Click the collapse/expand button at the bottom of the sidebar
- Collapsed mode – Shows only icons for quick access with more screen space
- Expanded mode – Shows icons with labels for easier navigation
Your sidebar state is remembered between sessions. You can also set a personal default in your User Preferences.
User Menu
Click your avatar in the sidebar (or header on mobile) to access:
- My Account – Personal profile and preferences
- Billing – Subscription and payment management
- Sign Out – Log out of your account
Page Layouts
Most pages in NowRep follow consistent patterns:
List Views
- Toolbar – Search, filters, and action buttons
- Grid/Table – Main content area (toggle between views)
- Pagination – Navigate through large datasets
Detail Views
- Header – Title, status, and quick actions
- Tabs – Organized sections of information
- Sidebar – Related items or quick navigation
Mobile Navigation
On mobile devices:
- The sidebar collapses to a hamburger menu
- Swipe gestures navigate between tabs
- Long-press reveals context menus
