Settings
Configure your team account, manage billing and subscriptions, and control team member access.
The Settings area is where you manage everything about your team account — from organization details to billing, team members, and custom configuration for how NowRep works for your agency.
What You Can Do
- Manage your subscription – View your current plan, update billing details, and manage seats
- Control team access – Invite members, assign roles, manage permissions, and manage seat allocation
- Define roles – Use the five built-in roles or create custom roles with specific permissions
- Customize your workspace – Configure talent types, event types, job types, and custom attributes
- Update organization details – Set your agency name, logo, and timezone

Accessing Settings
- Click Settings in the sidebar (gear icon)
- Use the left navigation to switch between settings pages
Note: Settings pages are only visible to Owners and Admins. Members and Viewers do not see the Settings link in the sidebar. The Roles page is restricted to Owners, and Billing is restricted to Owners. See Roles & Permissions for the full breakdown.
