How do I get started with NowRep?
Getting started is easy — reach out to us through our contact form and we'll schedule a quick call to understand your needs. From there, we'll set up your account with a free trial so you can explore the platform with your team.
Is there a free trial?
Yes! After an initial consultation, we'll provision a trial account for you with full access to your selected plan for 7 days. This gives you time to set up your roster, test the tools, and evaluate NowRep with your team. Need more time? Just let us know — we can extend your trial period.
What plans do you offer?
We offer three plans: Starter for individual managers, Pro for teams of up to 5, and Enterprise for larger agencies with custom needs. Both Starter and Pro include the same core features — they differ in the number of seats and resource limits. Contact us to find the right fit.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes, you can upgrade or add seats at any time. If you need to downgrade, reach out to us and we'll help you transition smoothly.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe. Annual billing is also available with a discount.
Is there annual pricing?
Yes — when you choose annual billing, you pay for 11 months and get the 12th month free.
What devices does NowRep work on?
NowRep is fully web-based and works on desktop, tablet, and mobile browsers. The interface is responsive, so you can manage your roster and bookings from anywhere.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and fully isolated per account. We follow industry-standard security practices to keep your information safe.
Can I import my existing data?
Migration support is available on Pro and Enterprise plans. We'll work with you to bring your existing talent profiles, media, and other data into NowRep.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel at any time. Your account will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
