How do I get started with NowRep?
Reach out through our contact form and we'll set up a short call to learn what you need. From there we'll create your account with a free trial, so you and your team can try NowRep before committing to anything.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. After an initial call, we'll set up a trial account with full access to your chosen plan for 14 days. That's enough time to build out your roster and see how the tools fit the way you work. If you need longer, just ask and we can extend it.
What plans do you offer?
We have Solo and Pro plans, and each one comes with a Plus version that adds premium features: the Site Module, Showmo, invoicing, and more. Larger agencies with custom requirements can go with Enterprise. Get in touch and we'll help you figure out which plan fits.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. You can upgrade or add seats whenever you need to. To downgrade, send us a message and we'll take care of the change for you.
What payment methods do you accept?
We take all major credit and debit cards through Stripe. You can also pay yearly for a discount.
Is there annual pricing?
Yes. With annual billing you pay for 11 months and get the 12th free.
What devices does NowRep work on?
NowRep runs in the browser, so it works on desktop, tablet, and mobile with nothing to install. The layout adjusts to your screen, which means you can manage your roster and bookings from whatever device you happen to be on.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Your data is encrypted both in transit and at rest, and every account's data is kept separate from the rest. We follow standard security practices to protect it.
Can I import my existing data?
Migration support is included with the Pro and Enterprise plans. We'll work with you to move your talent profiles, media, and other records into NowRep.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel any time. Your account stays active through the end of the billing period you've already paid for.
