Before we open NowRep more broadly, we are giving a small group of modeling and talent agencies free access to the platform. This pilot has no billing commitment. We will set up a team workspace with you, enable all Pro+ features, help map your current workflow, and use what we learn to make the product sharper.
Who the pilot is designed for
We're looking for modeling and talent agencies that manage active talent, run bookings regularly, create packages for clients, maintain media and portfolios, and have someone on the team ready to give direct feedback during early use.
The best fit is an agency that can point to exact friction in its current setup: package prep takes too long, booking context lives in the wrong place, media curation gets messy, portfolio site updates lag behind internal changes, or the team has to bend its workflow around the software.
We are being careful about fit. If payroll/accounting integrations or a full self-service talent portal are required on day one, the pilot is probably too early. Those are on the roadmap, but the pilot should be useful right now.
What pilot agencies receive
Pilot agencies get access to all current NowRep modules and features. Setup is hands-on: we will walk you through the application, configure the workspace with you, and help your team start using NowRep against real work. The goal is simple: make the platform useful quickly.
The active pilot period is usually around two months. During that time, you will have direct access to our product and engineering team.
What we're trying to learn
We care about practical answers:
- Which features matter to you on day one?
- What feels unclear, slow, or harder than it should?
- Which workflows need more flexibility?
- What would make switching to NowRep feel worth it?
We will gather feedback through day-to-day support, short surveys, or follow-up calls during the pilot. Notes on talent management, media and portfolio curation, boards and packages, bookings, invoicing, documents, Showmo, and site publishing are especially useful.
