Talent Portal gives talent, or a representative invited by the agency, a place to complete onboarding and stay connected with their team. It puts profile updates, new photos and upcoming work within reach on their phone.
Get a new signing ready
Imani has just signed with your agency, and the team needs her profile ready quickly. You're missing her measurements, a few personal details and photos from previous shoots.
Her agent sends a Portal invitation and requests the information needed for onboarding. Imani opens the link on her phone, fills in the requested sections and sends her photos for review. She can save her progress and finish later.
Your team reviews her submissions, accepts the profile changes and chooses which photos to add to her portfolios. Imani can see what is under review and what needs another look.
Keep up with work
Once she's onboarded, Imani can check her chart in Calendar and see upcoming bookings, with the details your agency chooses to share. Call times and locations are there when she needs them.
When your agency enables time-off requests, she can ask for days off. She can also request to decline an eligible booking or cancel a confirmed assignment. Your team reviews these requests before they change the schedule.
Designed for Mobile
Talent Portal was designed for mobile use and works in the browser, with no separate app to install. Imani can open it on her phone between shoots or use a tablet or computer at home.
It's part of the same NowRep platform your agency uses. Her submissions reach the team where they already manage her profile and bookings.
What's planned
Our roadmap includes document signing, assigned tasks and access to financial statements. We also plan to give talent a way to share feedback on bookings and their experience with the agency.
